기기에 저장하는 기록
로그인 없이 작성한 책 정보, 읽은 날짜, 평점, 감상, 사진과 인식한 글자는 기기에 저장합니다. 사진의 문자 인식과 책 영역 찾기는 기기 안에서 수행하며 사진을 클라우드 AI에 보내지 않습니다. 기기 책장은 로그인만으로 서버에 업로드되지 않습니다.
로그인과 선택형 백업
Apple 또는 Google로 로그인하면 제공자가 전달한 계정 식별자, 이메일과 제공되는 프로필 정보를 Supabase 인증 서비스에서 처리합니다. 북로그는 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다. 인증 토큰은 기기의 Keychain에 보관합니다. 계정 책장에는 이용자가 선택한 책 정보, 날짜, 평점, 감상과 사진을 Supabase 데이터베이스·비공개 Storage에 저장합니다. 기기 기록은 백업을 선택할 때만 복사합니다. 이 정보는 인증과 백업 기능 제공에 사용하며 광고나 추적에 사용하지 않습니다.
외부 서비스
선택 로그인은 Apple·Google, 계정 백업은 Supabase를 이용합니다. 각 제공자의 보안·운영 과정에서 접속 IP와 요청 로그가 처리될 수 있습니다. 앱 실행이나 기존 기록 표시만으로 새 표지를 자동 선택하지 않습니다. 도서 검색에서 이용자가 검색을 실행하면 입력한 제목·작가 또는 ISBN을 선택한 도서 서비스에 보냅니다. Open Library 표지는 이용자가 선택한 판본·표지 식별자만 기록에 저장하고, 표시할 때 Open Library에 이미지 요청을 보냅니다. 표지 이미지 파일은 기록이나 계정 백업에 복제하지 않습니다. 이미지 요청 과정에서 제공자가 IP 주소와 요청 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다. 카카오·Google Books 검색에서는 선택한 검색 필드와 공개 검색어를 북로그 검색 서버를 거쳐 해당 도서 서비스에 보냅니다. 카카오 검색 결과에 ISBN이 있으면 더 큰 공식 표지를 함께 표시하기 위해 같은 ISBN을 검색 서버를 거쳐 YES24에 조회합니다. 여러 상품이 있거나 조회에 실패하면 기존 표지를 유지합니다. 이용자가 ‘책정보 사용하기’로 후보를 선택하고 기록을 저장하면 공급자와 ISBN을 함께 저장하며 YES24는 선택 상품 식별자도 저장합니다. 저장한 표지를 표시할 때 해당 ISBN을 북로그 검색 서버로 보내 현재 표지 주소를 조회하고, 이미지 제공자에 표지를 요청합니다. 검색 결과는 5분 동안 기기 메모리에서만 재사용하고 표지 파일이나 카카오·YES24 표지 주소를 기록·계정 백업에 복제하지 않습니다. 인터넷 연결이 없으면 기본 표지를 표시하며 저장한 표지 선택 정보는 유지합니다. 사진·감상·OCR 원문·계정 토큰은 도서 검색에 보내지 않습니다.
광고와 통계
앱에 광고나 별도의 사용 통계 SDK를 넣지 않습니다. IDFA를 사용하지 않으며 다른 앱·웹사이트의 활동과 연결해 추적하지 않습니다.
보관과 삭제
기기 기록은 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 보관합니다. 설정 → 계정 삭제를 완료하면 계정 정보, 클라우드 백업과 이 기기의 해당 계정 캐시를 제거합니다. 기기 책장은 유지합니다. 다른 기기에 남아 있는 계정 캐시는 해당 기기에서 별도로 정리해야 합니다. 삭제·정정·열람 요청은 andjava10@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 앱 삭제만으로 클라우드 계정이 삭제되지는 않습니다. 운영·보안 로그와 제공자의 시스템 백업은 해당 제공자의 보관 정책에 따라 별도로 정리될 수 있습니다.

Records on your device
Books, reading dates, ratings, thoughts, photos and recognized text entered without sign-in are stored on your device. Text recognition and book-region detection run on the device. Photos are not sent to cloud AI. Signing in alone does not upload your device bookshelf.
Sign-in and optional backup
Supabase Auth processes the account identifier, email and any profile information supplied by Apple or Google. Book Log does not receive your password. Tokens are kept in the device Keychain. Your account bookshelf stores the books, dates, ratings, thoughts and photos you choose in Supabase’s database and private Storage. Device records are copied only when you choose backup. This information provides authentication and backup, not advertising or tracking.
External services
Optional sign-in uses Apple or Google, and account backup uses Supabase. Providers may process connection IP addresses and request logs for security and operations. Launching the app or displaying existing records does not automatically select a new cover. When you run a book search, the title and author or ISBN you enter are sent to the selected book service. For selected Open Library covers, only edition and cover identifiers are saved in your record. Images are requested from Open Library when displayed and are not copied into record files or account backups. The image provider may process IP addresses and request logs. Kakao or Google Books searches send the selected field and public query through the Book Log search server. When a Kakao result has an ISBN, that same ISBN is looked up through the server with YES24 to include a larger official cover. If there are multiple products or the lookup fails, the original cover is retained. When you select Use Book Information and save the record, the provider and ISBN are saved with the record, along with the selected product identifier for YES24. Displaying that saved cover sends its ISBN to the Book Log search server to retrieve the current cover URL, then requests the image from its provider. Results are reused only in device memory for five minutes. Image files and Kakao or YES24 cover URLs are not copied into records or account backups. Without internet access, a default cover is shown while the saved selection remains. Photos, reviews, OCR source text and account tokens are not sent for book searches.
Advertising and analytics
The app includes no advertising or separate usage analytics SDK. It does not use IDFA or track your activity across other apps or websites.
Retention and deletion
Device records remain until you delete them or uninstall the app. Completing Settings → Delete Account removes account information, cloud backups and this device’s account cache. The separate device bookshelf remains. Clear any account cache on other devices separately. Contact andjava10@gmail.com for deletion, correction or access requests. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your cloud account. Operational logs and provider system backups may be cleared separately under the provider’s retention policies.
